About Community Profiles

Cribz features new communities to help users find all the newest and best communities and homes currently being constructed locally. Our profiles allow front-end management for listings, activity posts, videos, photos, and other details that can be managed and updated by the profile manager.

Each community profile also features an API that provides all the current listings, like an IDX service, for users to easily find all the listings for each community.

Sign Up For A Community Profile
Community profiles allow listing agents and community managers to market their communities and listings to users. Create your community profile to have your community featured on Cribz. Cribz verifies all community managers/agents by ID and license numbers.

Activation & Verification
Once you have made the community profile, upload your ID in the “Verify” section. Make sure the community manager name matches the ID/license, as well as the real estate license number. For example, the community manager can be the listing agent. Once your ID and info is set, request verification via link in your profile header.
