Cribz began as a new real estate firm this year, 2024, in Franklin, TN. Creating something new is hard, but making it unique is even more difficult. I feel like if it’s not at least an attempt at being unique, what’s the point? When I began vision casting for Cribz, I asked myself what type of brokerage would I like to do business with. Being a musician has been a major part of my life, so creativity and art is a foundation of who I am. I’ve also been a fanboy of new technology and software since the age of 6 or 7 years old around 1991 when I began playing games like Commander Keen, Galactix, and Duke Nukem 1 & 2 (before they were 3d) on my uncles baller 486 computer with 4MB of RAM and turbo button. This era was a peak in human civilization btw. Then, witnessing the evolution of human connection through online mediums has obviously impacted my life. I’m a solid Millennial- what can I say.
With a love for creativity, connection, and software, I have set out to create a new brokerage. I’ve grown to really enjoy the modern style web approach of companies who create convenient virtual spaces to connect users & customers, with real humans in real time all on one platform. Fusing information, commerce, and social connections into one easy-to-use website/app is my jam. The ability to jump on a company site, connect and talk live with actual humans, a very cool and convenient feature of the age we live in. We’re only going to see more of it, not less. Cribz is not just a real estate brokerage for the now, but also a brokerage that’ll make sense 10 years from now.
So then, what is Cribz?
Cribz is a real estate brokerage platform with a built in social network of real estate professionals, vendors, business owners, buyers & sellers. Built for the virtual age we now live in, think of Cribz as a virtual brick-and-mortar. You stepped into “the office” when you logged on to the Cribz site. We help people buy and sell real estate like other brokerages, but we’ve also developed a convenient platform to connect people in the real estate world. (Cribz About Page Here) We’re not trying to build another home search site. Let’s be real, Zillow is doing a great job of that. But we do obviously feature listings as well! Our take, however, is to find amazing communities of “cribz” and then present them to you on the site, instead of making you do all the searching by yourself.
If it’s still 2024 as of this writing, Cribz is still very new and you’re here at the beginning. So there’s not a ton of folks on here yet. Let’s change that!

Together, we’re building a “local” social network of real estate professionals, vendors, business owners, subcontractors, new build communities, buyers, sellers, and even people who are just here looking around. Then, invite your friends and colleagues.
The goal is to help people find jobs, homes, friends, buyers for their homes, and the right partners to do real estate business with. Every real estate brokerage should have a good
“vendors list” right? Well we want to have the best one- but an evolved vendors list that is active and growing with happy users.
