Cribz helps you discover the best homes and newest communities in Middle Tennessee. Cribz is both a tech-powered real estate company and a licensed brokerage—built to make real estate feel simpler, faster, and more local. Our platform brings together buyers, sellers, agents, and (soon) home service pros in one connected space, powered by real-time data and AI tools that help people make better decisions with less friction.

This is just the beginning. Cribz is currently a Version 1 platform & app. That means we’re focused on doing one thing exceptionally well first: making it easy to find great homes and discover new construction communities—without the overwhelm. We launched in Middle Tennessee, and we’ll expand into new regions as the platform grows.

Next Up (V1.5) Our first priority is to make finding the best homes and best new construction communities in Middle Tennessee as fast, easy, and fun as possible. After that, Cribz will begin rolling out home services—where professionals can create profiles and business pages for free and market directly to users.
