Moving along. This week the focus was speed improvements across the board.
Improvements & optimizations made this week in plain language:
- Migrated the AI (Homeboy) DB to a new home. Much faster server.
- Heavy work optimizing how the LLM interacts with the DB for much faster “thinking”.
- Continued training Homeboy, but also improving his understanding of what’s being asked, and how to interpret for users.
- Optimized and offloaded code where needed for speed improvements.
- Improved loading speed of new communities to allow as many as possible but still maintaining speed.
If you used Homeboy this week… he was either having a bad day, or maybe seemed drunk. He’s shaped up now and ready to go. Homeboy is real AI and not perfect- as no AI is. He gets smarter everyday as he’s used, tested, and continues to learn new real estate data. He is monitored and tested with many different real estate type questioning from buying, selling, investing, market knowledge, strategies, etc. Right now his focus is the Middle TN market- just FYI. This is just the beginning.
