There is utilities available at the road, so creating your own slice of heaven is waiting on you. The deer and turkey hunting seem to be incredible. The back property line is less than 500 yards away from Fall Creek Falls State Park, and judging off the size of one of these rubs on the property, there are some really nice deer using this property. At the time of photos, there were more than a dozen whitetail deer located aerially by thermal drone on the property. Big white oaks, red oaks and mountain oak seem to be providing a lot of food for these animals. It would be very easy to create several food plots on the property, ideally along the cleared roadbed through the middle of the property. This place really could be a world class hunting property. The potential homesites on this tract are virtually endless. There were so many places I could picture myself building. Overlooking the creek bottom, the stream, or along the ridge top. If you’ve ever thought about building a home amongst the tall hardwoods, I believe this could be a place to take a look at. This property checks a lot of boxes when it comes to land.
