When I began shaping the vision for Cribz, I asked myself: What kind of brokerage would I actually want to do business with? As a lifelong musician, creativity and artistry are at the core of who I am. Add to that my early obsession with technology—dating back to 1991 when I was just a kid playing games on a 486 computer with 4MB of RAM and a turbo button (yes, that was a thing)—and you get a recipe for something different.

Cribz is not your typical real estate brokerage. We’ve reimagined what a modern brokerage can be—focused on new build communities and powered by a built-in social network that connects vendors, business owners, and real estate pros serving buyers and sellers alike.

Think of Cribz as a virtual brick-and-mortar. We’re not trying to reinvent the home search wheel—Zillow has that covered (and hats off to them). What we are doing is curating something special.
