The Master bedroom is efficient in every way, large walk in closet and even a nice view from the bathroom. Upstairs offers a very large bedroom with window seat and oodles of room, shared Jack and Jill bathroom with whirlpool tub . The second bedroom upstairs is plenty spacious with a walk in closet and access to the extra bonus area over the garage. The basement was the dream of the past owner with room for wood working shop and much storage. The heat system is a gas boiler type with reference to Geo thermo. The HVAC guy will be getting me a better definition. Air is handled by 2 outside heat pump type units serviced yearly. The dock with double slips is permitted with TVA and enjoyed.
